About Enrichment Classes

M.O.R.E. stands for Moreland’s Opportunities for Recreation and Enrichment. Under our MORE Program, Moreland School District offers after-school enrichment classes at all school sites. The enrichment classes operate throughout the school year. Spaces are limited!

Upon registering, your child will be placed on a waitlist. After the registration period, students will be selected for classes. Any account without a saved payment method will not be processed, and your child's enrollment will be forfeited.

If your child is selected:

  1. They will be placed on the class roster.
  2. Your card on file will immediately be charged the class fee.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt of payment.

If you qualify for financial assistance and your child is placed on the class roster your account will not be charged the class fees. You will receive an email confirmation.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1:  Parent/Guardian Creates a Profile

  • Create a profile.  If you already have an Eleyo account, please login.
  • Add child(ren) to your profile. To do this, select "Add Family Member / Relationship" and follow the prompts.
    • If your child is in TK, please select the year they will be a kindergartener.  For example, if my child is in TK for the 2025-2026 school year, I will select K in 2026.

Step 2: Register for Class

  • Enroll in class.
  • Add a saved method of payment to your Eleyo profile.
  • Click on the "Checkout" button at the end of registering for a class. Failure to do so will make your registration incomplete, and your child will not be placed on the waitlist.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Complete Alternative Income Verification Form.  Click here to complete the form.
  • If you are eligible and awarded 100% financial assistance ,your account will not be charged the class fees.

REGISTRATION NOTES

  • Students can only register for classes offered at the school they are attending.
  • If your child misses class or you decide to withdraw your child from the class for any reason, a refund will not be issued.

HOW TO SAVE A PAYMENT METHOD

  1. From the Eleyo enrichment registration page, scroll to the bottom and select "Saved Payment Method"
  2. Select "Add Saved Payment Method"
  3. Follow prompts to enter payment information

FALL: 25/26: Tech Tykes Pre-Coding (1st-3rd)

Pre-coding by Tech Tykes is an introductory class to coding. This class builds the foundations of coding through logic puzzles, board games, and interactive quizzes that boost problem-solving and critical thinking. Students will build skills such as logical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and persistence. Please note: You are registering your child for the waitlist. If you child is selected to participate in the class, their name and information will be moved from the wait list to the class roster. You will be notified if your child is placed in this class. FALL 25/26: Starting Arts Matilda Jr. (6th-8th)

Do you love to sing, dance, or all three? Then get ready to take the stage in the Starting Arts Theater production of Matilda, Jr.! This is your chance to be a part of a magical, high-energy show full of heart, humor, and unforgettable music. Whether you're a seasoned performer or trying theater for the first time, there's a place for everyone in this production. General Info: Matilda, Jr. follows the tale of a remarkable girl with astonishing wit, intelligence...and a few special powers! Matilda is stuck with parents who don't understand her and a school ruled by the terrifying Miss Trunchbull, who really doesn't like children. But with her courage, cleverness, and the help of her kind-hearted teacher Miss Honey, Matilda just might be the hero her classmates need! Grades: 6th-8th Start Date: September 15th, 2025 Rehearsal Days/Times: Mondays AND Thursdays, 3:00pm-4:30pm Mandatory Tech Rehearsals: December 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd (3-4 hours after school) Mandatory Performance Dates: December 4th-5th, 2025 Cost: $250 (Financial assistance is available for those that qualify) All weekly rehearsals take place at Latimer, but tech week and performances will be held at MMS. Performers can miss a maximum of 3 rehearsals and all tech rehearsals/performances are mandatory. FALL 25/26: Kodely Graphic Design Basics (6th-8th)

Brand, design, and make your mark! Students will step into the world of visual communication, learning how to design striking logos, posters, and layouts. They'll explore typography, color theory, and branding concepts while using digital tools to create professional looking designs. Whether crafting a personal brand or redesigning a famous logo, students will develop real-world designs skills they can apply anywhere. Students must bring district-issued Chromebooks to class.
